The registration fee includes lunch on working days of the conference, coffee breaks and documentation (proceedings in digital format, etc.). However, it does not include accommodation or transportation. The conference dinner, extra papers, extra pages, escorts, additional copies of documentation and social program are optional items.

At least one author of each accepted paper must register between February 28, 2025, and April 6, 2025, to ensure its inclusion in the conference proceedings. Each registration will allow for only one paper to be published and presented. Authors must pay an extra fee if they wish to publish and present more than one paper; up to a maximum of 1 additional papers will be allowed. One registration permits only the participation of one author in the conference. The payments from countries outside the European Union must be made by credit card, stripe ou paypal.
