Prospective authors are encouraged to submit papers for evaluation by the Scientific Committee.

Articles written in English (up to a maximum of 10 pages) must follow the formatting rules of the Business and Economics book series (please refer to the author guidelines on the Springer website). [Computer Science proceedings LaTeX2e package] or [Computer Science proceedings Word templates] The version of these articles for evaluation by the Scientific Committee, saved in PDF format, should not include the authors' identification, email, or affiliation. This information should only be included in the final version of the accepted papers, saved in Word or LaTeX format, and also in PDF format. These files must be accompanied by the two completed consent forms for publication, in a ZIP file, and uploaded to the conference management system.

1st PHASE

  1. Registration on the submission platform.

  2. Fill in the platform and upload the manuscript file in pdf format (Springer template), which can be consulted in the model provided above on this page.

  3. The manuscript in pdf format must not contain the authors’ names, affiliations, or email addresses.

 

2nd PHASE (from February 12 onwards)

  1. Create a Zip file containing the following elements:
    a) The manuscript file in Word or LaTeX and in pdf. This time including the authors’ names, affiliations, and email addresses of all manuscript authors. No author may use email addresses such as gmail, Outlook, Hotmail, as these types are not accepted by Springer. Institutional emails are required.
    b) Include in the Word or LaTeX Zip file the two consent forms duly completed, which can be downloaded at the beginning of this page.
    c) If you wish to publish your manuscript in a journal associated with the Conference, and not with Springer, you must also include in the Zip file the above-mentioned form duly completed.

  2. Submit this Zip file on the platform mentioned above.

 

3rd PHASE (from February 12 onwards)

  1. Proceed with the payment in the registration menu on the conference webpage.

  2. After completing the payment, please send an email to the conference email address with the payment receipt, the article ID, the name of the corresponding author, and the article title. If you have registered for the conference trip and/or the dinner, please indicate this in the same email.
